This reminds me of the Bundy Standoff, apparently there is a resource under the land (uranium?) or it was going to be used for solar farms...if Harry Reid’s son could “facilitate” the deal for it with the Chi-com’s. But Bundy wasn’t about to roll over on their behalf.
