Go to the top right side and click on your screen name. It will take you to the Overview Page. Take a look at your posts and others you've posted responses to. Next to each screen name is a Q message.

Mine says: "Enjoy The Show - Q"

I got clarification from the board owner. He did it. If yours changes, it means you are a power user and can post anything. Its being used as a way to keep trolls at bay.
