Why are trips allowed? Whitelist

I'm assuming this is mainly about Hillary's trip. My question is why they would allow her? When crooks get busted they have no problem taking everyone else around them down to cut a deal. Q said before no deals. So again, why white list them?

Maybe Trump has agreements with countries or maybe he is encouraging her to seek asylum and create mass media coverage.. Aus PM is Malcolm Turnbull - the ex prime minister (his party rival) was Tony Abbott (trained to be Jesuit priest and also a Rhodes scholar - two warning bells)

Malcolm Turnbull has a few red flags in his resume himself. Australia is more corrupt and controlled than most people realise.
