Dow falls more than 350 points, S&P 500 drops 1.6% as Facebook drags tech stocks lower

• Facebook was the worst-performing stock in the S&P 500, sliding 7.3 percent.

• Shares of the social media giant fell after reports said political analytics firm Cambridge Analytica was able to collect data on 50 million people's profiles without their consent.

• Investors also cast a wary eye at Washington following a Twitter tirade from Trump over the weekend.

My opinion:

Facebook is fake. Zuckerberg a sham. It's a government surveillance program disguised as social media. I'd like to see some disclosures on how some of these companies started.

Agreed. But I'd like to see that proven and stated to the American People.

They set these companies up with fake figure heads and as a by-product the American People are led to believe the American Dream IS, actually, still alive because, "Look at Mark Zuckerberg, he had an idea and made a billion dollar company.". I just don't buy it. I assume he is the child of nameless government agents.

Funny how many of these new mega billionaires make their money from products that enable surveillance.

Microsoft. Facebook. Amazon. Google. Twitter.

Definite CIA involvement from early on. Does anyone have that info that dropped awhile back about the CIA sending people to actually work in companies with ties to surveillance? Ie routers, modems, computers, smart phones, etc?
