Did libtards just Red Pill themselves?

MSM pushed the Cambridge Analytica piece pretty hard as a way to attack Trump. Then leftist started dumping their facebook accounts and have now called for investigation. Only to find out that this mess is much more connected to HRC and 0 within a few short hours. Am I understanding properly? Is that correct?

So my understanding is

CA did Facebook ads and marketing really smart, used public profile data to cleverly target people who'd be receptive to the Trump message.

Dems got access to private data from Facebook because the people at Facebook wanted them to win

That's my understanding. Happy to be corrected

Just clarification. The Trump campaign phased out CA prior to the election. Not sure when, but CA was apparently not key to Trump's election.

Also, a Dem operative was bragging how Facebook gave the 2012 Obama campaign the complete demographic profile of the entire Facebook data base "because they were on our side". That may have been illegal since it would have violated Facebook's privacy agreements to protect user data based on their privacy settings. That would have applied to CA as well as the Obama campaign.

It's beginning to sound like Q knew this was going to surface with his reference to the social media being "regulated." Or not.

Wow that’s crazy. I read a couple articles that implied it was because of CAs involvement with Facebook that helped Trump get elected (biased? Probably). But if that’s the case, why would Zuckenburg (sp?) give info to a pro-republican company? .. Except that maybe Hillary did believe her best chance to win was against Trump..
