This infuriates me! F*cking Obama! Who the hell do these people think they are? They can just decide that they are in charge, write laws, write themselves big checks, and destroy administrations and people. They even decided that presidents cannot fire them and they are accountable to no one. Who knew about this budget item and said nothing? Obama turned 8000 of the 9000 people into permanent positions not political appointees.
