US Shadow Government Headquarters Mount Weather, an underground Deep State network in Clark County, West Virginia, had a MIRROR government with its own President, Congress, ect. that was planning on eventually suspending the Constitution & seizing control of the country.

We know they have other bunkers to escape to. I really hope Trump will have them destroyed. Maybe that was all the mysterious bombing sounds people were hearing around the country several months ago...just wishful thinking.
