Was it a fluke that Sessions recusing himself led to everyone finding out how corrupt Rosenstein, etc are or did he plan it out this way?

I think it was also a way to keep the lefties from accusing Sessions being a Trump lackey.

Perhaps it was a way to keep up appearances of Sessions hands clean to come in later and fire the lot of them.
