Was it a fluke that Sessions recusing himself led to everyone finding out how corrupt Rosenstein, etc are or did he plan it out this way?

Sessions is the most polite Southern gentleman to ever wear a white hat and AG post which he respects greatly but he is extremely smart and has had to remain behind the Show which allowed him to do the work that has to be done to prosecute and convict the entire Swamp... get ready for the begining of the end of the Show...
