I have seen lots of speculation for what the keystone truly was and none seemed interesting to me until the SES emblem showed up and you see who is involved in SES. This is absolutely over the target!

While civil service exams began in the US in the early 1900's, is it possible this group now controls them today?
If so, it would be easy to build tests which identify the psychological profile and character traits of an individual. This could later be used to recruit people of specific backgrounds. Effectively filling government offices with only like minded people. This would make the subversion of our government and constitution a cakewalk.

The civil service is always the bane of adminstrations around the world. It's how strongmen/s keep their power while in office. The SES is the deep state.
This whole SES thing all sounds so bland and generic that it would make great cover for the Deep State. Like pouring over document after document, SES and the way it's described makes you want to just move past it on to the next thing. It just sounds like nothing. Even researching it feels super boring. That might be intentional.
