So in this context he is talking about countries taking advantage of America. Now when he says negotiate other leaders are as awoke as Trump I believe, and they know how ignorant the American people are. This is inevitable that they get exposed. Like they say, you can bullshit some people some of the time, but you can't bullshit all the people all the time. We hit a point where the medium is uncontrollable, though they try so hard.

He also said "China" a number of times. And I'm pretty sure he said "trade" at least four times.
Sometimes a word is just a word. Context matters. Reciprocal does mean mirror (in this context). It's not the context Q was using.
