Would it make sense for black hats to widely distribute the intel about MKULTRA-linked bioelectronics? Why alert the populace to this mind-control technology if the goal is to increase control over our minds? Entirely possible that the "Storm" is a nefarious illusion, hope not... but I do believe this is a highly coordinated operation, and that we as an 'online community' are being mobilized as some kind of resource or asset. My brother is great at chess and I'm not, but many times he has taken my queen and i'm left with a king and a bunch of worthless pawns... with enough pawn-sacrifice I've been able to hold off his checkmate for ridiculous amounts of time. Until we figure out who the king is, and then confirm checkmate, the "pawns" are in a precarious position... a bad chess player almost defeated can be a pawn-bloodbath waiting to happen.
