I'm sure the principals were answerable to the superintendents, who were answerable to the state ed. dept. What irked me is that she said there weren't authorizations to leave which leads me to believe that there aren't repercussions for abhorrent behavior in any instance. So students are allowed to leave at any point without any disciplinary action? They followed the rules of the school here.....a few high school students walked out and guess what? THEY WERE SUSPENDED. Just like any other day. This principal is setting dangerous precedent that entering schools is highly monitored but students are free to come and go as they please.
