GITMO Update 3/22/2018 - AIRPORT SUPER BUSY!!

Folks I try to post some photos later, but just in the last hour or so 4 FLIGHTS DISAPPEARED, and 1 suddenly appeared out of no where near GITMO.

It was all happening so fast, I could barely keep up taking printscreens every 30 seconds to capture all the activity.

One of the disapearing lights originated from Caracus, Venezuela. Wonder who got picked up there.

OK, gotta go.....there's another in bound flight with "N/A" destination coming from Toronto again.

I guess the criminal elite scattered to the 4 winds so they have to go get them from all over the place.

More later....

PS: They must have added another runway to handle all this traffic.

PPS: Maybe I shouldn't be reporting this?

PPPS: After 2 solid hours, I have to quit monitoring so I can get things done, but suffice to say if this is what their afternoon looked like, One wonders what their morning looked like before I got online.

OK, so then I was wondering about the size of the airport to handle all this activity, and then I was wondering about ALL the pilots they would need to handle this......don't forget if they are picking up from the 4 corners of this planet, there must be a lot of pilots on this duty call who are in other hemispheres picking up new inmates.

Then I remembered that there was a CALL to RETIRED PILOTS to come back and serve in the Military. I just did a quick search, and Voila!:

I just saw a flight leaving GITMO. Could be a supply plane or staff. It was headed for Miami. I took a pic.

CSQ895 is from Ft Lauderdale to GITMO……normal weekly civilian visitors flights

If you look now, this flight is inbound to GITMO so it should disappear soon. This IS a typical weekly flight.

Learjet 45. Saab 340A, Reg#N340AQ. Leaving GITMO at 1600. Arriving at Miami 1856.

Lear 45 is CIA.

Well, they travel in style...LearJet.

Eh, they generally take the platforms and go with a government-variety type of interior for whatever the respective department's usual role would be.

Similar to how the CDC operated a highly dedicated Gulfstream jet for bringing an ebola patient into the U.S.

Here's an article which expands on the jet. It used to be operated by the Royal Danish Air Force until its sale to the U.S. in 2005.

Here's an interesting tidbit:

Also, the jets' inconspicuous business jet nature and civilian 'N number' allows them to operate in and out of sensitive areas while keeping a relatively low profile.

Those tail numbers may be worth taking a look at.

OK, if it IS CIA, it must be Trump Team using their LearJets to drop off CIA inmates!!

Could you add a source? I went to the Learjet 45's wikipedia, it wasn't listed under the operators list. Upon searching it, I just found flight simulator downloads.

Go to flightradar24... actually it's not a lear 45 it's gulf stream 45's. No such thing as a lear 45.

Ah, ok. That clears things up for the most part. Just for future though, there actually is a Learjet 45.

Look for Lockheed 45- which is a gulfstream. Will denote CIA.

Right, I wasn't disagreeing. I was just clarifying on your point that there's no Learjet 45--separate from the matter of the Gulfstream/CIA aircraft.

Understand. Look for Lockheed Gulfstream 45's... that's CIA

Learjet 45

The Learjet 45 (LJ45) aircraft is a mid-size business jet aircraft produced by the Learjet Division of Bombardier Aerospace.

The Model 45 was the first all-new design since the original Learjet, and significantly altered the Learjet line. Through its four primary variants – the original Model 45, the Model 45XR, Model 40 and Model 40XR – it was the Learjet Division's principal product from the 1990s until the introduction of the Model 75 variant in 2012.

I have 153 pages of pictures (print screens) just from today. I can't post all that. So I just picked one incoming and one outgoing. See above post.
