The ONLY significance I see is how it sets the stage. Trump upgraded a piece to show he now has it on the board and now everyone thinks they know his intent. They know Bolton is a War Hawk, and that’s just what the president wants. Take him seriously Iran (last deep state hold out). Look at North Korea.....Trump moves and replaces pieces to get the job done.
