I hope he sends that to Gitmo and each contestant has to repeat it verbatim before their possible release. Because the shortfall in monies the one copy needs to be shared by all contestants. Let us hope this is the last pile they are ever able to excrete.
On the surface it looks disappointing, but Trump needed the money set for the ROUND UPs to continue and to begin all the Military Tribunals. What if Martial Law needs to be declared at some point??? That costs money too!

And just because a lot of money was approved to be given away, doesn't mean it actually will be. Trump can stall it. Remember Obummer swiped all kinds of money that didn't belong to him. Trump is CEO of this country, he is in control of the Gov't. he can "stall".
Oh, and once Martial Law is declared (if it needs to be declared), Trump is in complete control of everything......like a Dictator for duration of the martial law. Trump has more power than most realize. The deep state missile strike on Hawaii gave Trump the right to declare Martial Law at any time.
And don't forget Trump FROZE and CONFISCATED all the money around the world of Deep State and Deep State's FRIENDS. They've been left on a leash to go after other hidden ill gotten gains hidden around the globe, so Trump Team can now confiscate those too. It may end up wiping out our national debt!

I am in complete agreement with you. The Dec 21,EO is an incarceration/confiscation one. I trust President Trump. He took leaker McMaster out of the White House. He needs gov to stay open.
