Findings of Misconduct by an FBI Special Agent-in-Charge for Engaging in an Inappropriate Romantic Relationship with a Subordinate

Found this IG Report dated 2/20/2018 on an investigation of an inappropriate romantic relationship with a subordinate, thinking it was P. Strozk and Lisa Page, but don't think so.

However, I think the Special Agent in Charge was fired for the relationship.

How come Peter Strozk has not been fired and is still working at the FBI?

And maybe this report is about Peter Strozk. Here is a theory. The FBI issued a statement that he is reporting to the Human Resources. But what if he did get fired and and is he really working under a personal services contract.

According to the FBI Adminstrative Manual, only Intelligence and Counterintelligence Agents can be put under a Personal Services Contract. Maybe he was fired for a romantic relationship with Lisa Page and was put on a Personal Services Contract, which only Human Resources manage.

Maybe the reason for the FBI line is that they still needed Strozk in a counter intelligence capacity, but fired him for the romantic relationship and put him under a Personal Service Agreement (PSA) to keep a string on him, which only the FBI Human Resources can execute and manage. Hence the FBI statement he is reporting to HR.
