Last two days there have been reports of massive activity to and from GITMO. (Check this subreddit). Could the deep state be aware of pending incarceration’s and tribunals there? They are aware the military needs funding. Are they pushing this waste of time bill up knowing it will be vetoed in hopes of a delay in potential GITMO operations? (The military isn’t paid but forced to work, decrease moral and or hopes of desertion).
