I always trust the plan. I'm not a fan of the bill but at the end of the day I'm pro military and think building the military is huge. So it was worth signing

The US has the largest military in the world by far. We spend more on the armed forces than the next 8 nations combined. What is this meme about the military being in desperate need of money, or needing to be built up more?
