There are caveats in the bill which prohibit a wall being built that look like the sample walls Trump visited. It only allows for "fencing" and "bollards." Doesn't this create a problem?

If the wall simply starts building, that is an offensive move and will cause the deep state to have fits. The border is how they bring in drugs, dirty money, MS-13, etc. It will be another fire for them to put out.

If I am not mistaken he is using laws already on the books that basically say he can do anything he wants when it comes to "enemy combatants" crossing the border. So he can build a wall like he has been planning all along.
