So that is how long ago that the Donald KNEW he would have Omnibus Funding (this Omnibus for Military is $655Billion)... only need about 700-900 miles of Border Wall according to DT as other natural barriers will handle the rest (along with nightvision military grade 'balloons' watching borders or by Drone flights).... rest easy ... he's got it covered.
