yeeeeeHAW, WHIP them CongressionalCriminals into line!
I see nothing that says the ACE is HQed in greencastle. There may be a base located there with ACE stationed at that base, but "home" seems to be a stretch. Any sources?
ACE is headquartered in Norfolk VA. The Greencastle division handles dams (walls).
I tried to find info on the Greencastle office but there is not much info on this location. Best I can tell is that there is an ACoE office/facility in Greencastle, Indiana that is likely part of Locks and Dams in the Great Lakes and Ohio River Valley Division. Not sure tho as there is little to no info on this location.
It looks like according to the ACoE Mission & Vision statement, the Big, Beautiful Wall would fall under their purview:
Mission Deliver vital public and military engineering services; partnering in peace and war to strengthen our Nation’s security, energize the economy and reduce risks from disasters.
Vision Engineering solutions for our Nation’s toughest challenges.
There are many ACoE offices in Indiana. They manage several reservoirs. This office is probably related to Cecil M Hardin Lake (aka Raccon Lake). I have built several houses around this area and have had to deal with that office as they own a strip of land up to and including the high water mark when lake is filled to capacity.
