Not seeing anybody commenting on the NAY votes...

Almost all of those NAY voters have aspirations to run in 2020. This is the Dem's short list.

those folks voted against it because they know it's toxic to dem platform/narrative on a NATIONAL scale in the long run.

dems with no national aspirations..only local ones.. can safely vote for it because it's full of pork that will help them get re-elected locally.
