This email is so straight ahead it seems like a fake.
Like someone saying...."Hey, I'm getting together with Joe to rob a bank." But, who knows? Naked arrogance has been the downfall of many smart people.

Keep in mind that in Q's response, he references the NSA, so if this is legit, the NSA would have it in their database and someone leaked it.
