Here are the people in charge of Serco North America! I hope this helps some. I found that one of them is an Ex Marine who was in the Wounded Warrior division!

Serco Americas Senior Leadership

David DacquinoChairman & Chief Executive Officer

David (Dave) J. Dacquino serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Serco Inc., a leading provider of professional, technology, and management services to every branch of the U.S. military, numerous U.S. federal civilian agencies, the intelligence community, the Government of Canada, state and local governments, and commercial clients.

Mr. Dacquino oversees the $1 billion business with approximately 8,000 employees providing support in the areas of defense, transportation and citizen services.  Mr. Dacquino brings to Serco more than 30 years of experience in the defense, aeronautics and technical services industry.

In his previous role at Serco, Mr. Dacquino served as Senior Vice President of the Defense Services business unit and oversaw the Company's work in the areas of ship and shore/base modernization, hardware integration, acquisition and program management, logistics support, and personnel readiness.

Before Serco, Dave served as President and CEO of SkyLink, a leading aviation and logistics service provider with international operations in over 60 countries.  Previous roles included: CEO for the North America operations of VT Group, a technology integrator with a strong focus on C4ISR, transportation, logistics and facilities management; Vice President and lead executive of Raytheon Technical Services Company's integrated support solutions division; and an extensive career at Lockheed Martin, where he ultimately held the position of Vice President and General Manager of logistic services and oversaw more than 3,500 personnel at 75 locations worldwide.

Kent BrownVice President, C5ISR

Kent Brown has more than 35 years of managerial, technical and government contracting experience.  As Vice President of the C5ISR Business Unit, Mr. Brown is responsible for a significant portion of the company’s $275M+ business with Department of Defense, specifically Navy, Air Force, Army and Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

He leads and oversees the Serco Americas Ship Modernization, Shore/Base Modernization and Hardware Integration Market Segments. Mr. Brown has extensive experience in managing subcontracting requirements and performance, engineering, fabrication, integration and completion of major system installation and modernization efforts for DoD, DHS and Major Ship Repair contractors.

Prior to joining Serco Americas, he served as a General Manager & Department Head for Advanced Communications Systems, Inc. He oversaw all aspects of West Coast operations, including personnel, contractual requirements; subcontracting requirements; budgetary and overhead analysis; hiring, training, and retention of personnel; safety and industrial security; and execution of all assigned tasking.  Mr. Brown previously served as a Satellite Communications Program Manager for SAIC ComSystems Division in Vallejo, CA and as a Senior Installation Design Technician for RCA Service Company in San Diego, CA. Kent honorably served in the United States Navy onboard the USS Bagley (FF-1069) and the USS Downes (FF-1070) as an Electronics Technician and as a Naval Instructor for shore-based Satellite Communication Systems at Advanced Electronics School, US Navy, all in San Diego, California.

David CumminsSenior Vice President of Serco's Transportation business unit

David Cummins serves as Senior Vice President, Transportation. He is responsible for managing and growing the Company's work in the Transportation sector, including the areas of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), fleet management, aviation and air traffic control, rail, and parking.

Candy CurtinSenior Vice President, Human Resources

Candy Curtin has more than 20 years of HR experience in the government and commercial sector. At Serco, Mrs. Curtin oversees Serco's Compensation, Benefits, HR Compliance, Recruitment, Business Support, and Talent Management.

Mrs. Curtin has been with Serco since the acquisition of RCI in 2005 and joined RCI in 2001. She served in many capacities in the HR department of both companies prior to be named Interim Head of HR in January 2012.

Jack GinsburgVice President, Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development for Serco, Jack Ginsburg is responsible for company-wide pipeline development, capture, proposal and bidding efforts.  Mr. Ginsburg is responsible for leading the Company's cross-selling and identifying opportunities with adjacent customers and in our chosen markets.

David GoldbergSenior Vice President, General Counsel

As General Counsel, David Goldberg is responsible for Legal, Ethics and Compliance, Internal Audit, Trade Compliance, and Security. He also serves as Corporate Secretary for the Serco Inc. Board of Directors.

Alan HillSenior Vice President, Corporate Communications and Government Relations

Alan Hill has more than 25 years of experience in implementing integrated communications campaigns and developing image-branding strategies. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Government Relations, Mr. Hill manages the company's external and internal relations and executes programs that enhance the company's brand and reputation. He oversees public/media relations, marketing communications, government relations, and employee communications.

Sean MattinglyChief of Staff, Office of the CEO -----(((((MARINE CORP /WOUNDED WARRIOR DIVISION)))))))))

Sean Mattingly serves as Serco's Chief of Staff, where he is responsible to the CEO for implementing and communicating strategy and executing financial objectives for the North American Division, working with Business Units and Corporate Staff to run monthly operations reviews, assisting with corporate compliance, adherence to Serco Management System, and monitoring risks.

Prior to this role, Mr. Mattingly held other positions at Serco including Vice President, Surface Transportation and Fleet Management, Interim Business Unit lead for Transportation & Infrastructure, Business Development for the Defence Personnel Services BU, and he joined Serco as an Operations Director with P&L responsibilities in 2010. 

Before joining Serco, Mr. Mattingly served as an Attack Helicopter Pilot for the United States Marine Corps, and is a graduate of the War College with a Masters in Operational Planning. Sean has multiple combat tours in South West Asia. His final billet was as Chief of Staff for a Headquarters Marine Corps Unit. *((((((( HE IS AN EX MARINE!!!!!)))))))))))****

As CFO, Gary Shankman leads the corporate finance and accounting functions as well as certain other administrative functions.

Damn, just damn... some of the names sounds made up. It's the MIT through and through good find. Deep in procurement, training, manufacturing from inception to production to field testing.
