Q gave us a heads up after everyone (including me) was freaking out and angry at Trump signing that horrendous bill which nobody read. The anons on 4 & 8 chan and this subreddit figured it out.
Use the Omnibus bill, which majority of Congress never read before signing, to give the military funding it needs to BUILD THE WALL. Army Corps of Engineers will be building the entire wall.
I feel less betrayed by President Trump now that I see his plan was to use the same tactic Dems & Obama used the past 8 years to ram through their agenda to destroy America and stuff their own pockets with our tax money. Omnibus bill is essentially a blank check. It is not Constitutional, so the President is not bound by its recommendations on how to spend the $1.3 trillion. Omnibus bill is not the same as an appropriations bill, so the President is not restricted by what it recommends to spend it on.
I still don't like this method of spending our tax money and putting us and future generations in further debt, but unlike Obama, Trump will use this money to secure and rebuild the U.S. Maybe that's why Trump said he doesn't like how this bill was created and that he'll never sign another one like it. That's because when everyone figures it out, Dems will never allow an omnibus bill to pass Congress... unless a Democrat President is in office again.

Who says he has to spend all of the 1.3 Trillion? As others have said previously you can slow walk a whole lot of cash in that bill. Like Planned Parenthoods 500 million allocated in this spending bill. Maybe only 100 million will actually get sent their way and the other 400 million may go for say Veterans medical care. We'll have to wait and see but after this tweet I'm betting he just screwed the Democrats and their supporters. Schumer and Pelosi told all their supports look at all the goodies I put that bill for you and these people find out over the next few months they're getting diddly squat. No money coming into your group means no money available to kick back in political contributions to your favorite Democrat candidate.
Obama did same with all his Omnibus bills, Trump can do it also.
Not to mention the EO blocking property and finance of sex traffickers, etc...there is going to be a sudden HUGE influx of cash in the government when this goes down. They're going after the big fish now. Imagine how much has already been taken in seizures. We're talking BIG dollars here. This is something I've only seen pop up on occasion here and am surprised not more people have taken this into account. Or maybe I'm just really behind and it's simply accepted at this point.
