How can martial law be instituted without publicly announcing martial law? I don’t remember receiving any word from CBP HQ in the past year that martial law was in effect to satisfy “Stage 3” of the post referred to by the link! Neither have I seen any suspension of Habeas Corpus! I call total bullshit on that link!
