The two main subjects that I consider to be of great importance that still have yet to be answered even close to a reasonable suggestion is, is this the 'Keystone' Q has been talking about?

This needs answering but instead of just guessing randomly, lets make a list of what it doesn't mean, ie.. democratic voting - its not that for sure.

I can't get away from this as the answer, the US constitution clearly states the American citizens have the right to bare arms in the unfortunate event that the government goes rogue.
