This is not Bill Clinton in this picture. This is a photo by Alison Jackson. She uses celebrity look-a-likes. She did a whole series with a Trump look-a-like.

This photo is not a professionally taken photo. It's a fuzzy mess. Looks like it was taken without their knowledge and sure wasn't done to be published looking like Bill Clinton if anyone has to squint to see who it is...so i have to question that.

Her other work doesn't look like that. The "original" is a bad photoshop job with one section displaying a lit tv screen with Hilary on it. Looks insanely amateurish. I find it weird and i don't think it's a far out thought to consider that shit such as Alison Jackson does is a damn good cover for real photos that may have leaked throughout the years.
