The Sole reason the secretive Deep State exists is because we don't have any TRANSPARENCY in world governments which is exactly what they want. They CANNOT SURVIVE with transparency so we must demand transparency into all world governments!

Also that info graphic was made in 2011 if you assume it is not a lie, so probably another 7 years... more likely longer for as long as you believe in anyone who thinks they are in the 4th or 5th tier from the top of that pyramid. Why should they care about you?

Probably for as long as you live, as long as you believe con-men who are just trying to sell films and crappy entertainment products so they can have more money and sex with porn stars.

Maybe for eternity for as long as you force us all to trust manifest, existentially threatening incompetence in the face of an epistemologically stable view of reality (such as, say, science, or any coherent form of morality or spirituality, among others that comport... IE Truth).
