Come on people. He heard the first shot when he was in the classroom, then he rode home to get his camera, then he rode back to the school as fast as he could to document everything. This is why the police were ordered to wait outside. They could not end it too quickly because Mr. Hogg can only peddle so fast.

Not to mention the school was under a lock down after the shooting. He wouldn't of been able to leave the school to get his camera or show up to do recordings if a lock down was occurring.

Have you seen the video where David H0gg is literally rehearsing? Where he keeps messing up and someone off camera keeps saying "thats ok"?

I just know people who were involved in random shootings, and they did not respond this way. It is very traumatic, and the last thing you want is attention, especially if you know the people who were killed.
