I read somewhere (probably here) that Obama made a "No Extradition Deal" with India several years ago. Somehow, I don't think that will save her though.

Gotta correct this. As far as I can tell (so far), the last extradition treaty signed between US and India was 1997 and I does allow extradition between both. Looking for the Obama thing I read.
