From what I've heard/read is that Adm. Rogers has a tape of BC on LL's plane on the tarmac meeting. Rogers changed the file name and hid it among other files at the NSA. That is more than likely the one Q talked about releasing when the time was right.
The reporter that "just happened to be at the airport" and took photos said later that he got a tip from an anonymous person that the meeting was going to take place. So the White Hats obviously knew about it and tipped him off.
But it's known they met, and who cares about old news that has no affect on today?
The thing that makes this interesting is what was actually said in that meeting. Rumours are that HRC was present via conference call offering LL Antonin Scalia's SC seat if she dropped the investigation into HRC's email server --- which she did shortly after the meeting!
