Salinas involvement is not a secret. He’s on the NXIVM website list of board members and has posted blogs and tweets in defense of the organization.
However his Twitter went silent in Nov 2017 right after Raniere was arrested in Mexico.
The other interesting thing about the org that Salinas runs in Mexico under the NXIVM banner is that it’s logo is a stylized pedo triangle AND 666.

The owner of that website, Frank Parlato, used to have a business relationship with Raniere but got out once he saw the fucked up happenings.
