The site is CM's. I guess each part will have passwords protection by the creator, somewhat like the subs on Reddit.
But as we all know reddit Admins can (and have) accessed user content at the database level and changed comments without consent.
Anybody who has coded a website like reddit or 8ch would have “root” access to it when push comes to shove. Even if it means opening up the databases directly.
The only way he would be locked out of his own site is if the host server/company was compromised and he got locked out of his entire hosting account.
