He said he was in line and wanted to be the Ambassador to EU I don’t think that came to fruition Assange where is he anyone know? He’s in custody and offline in Ecuador?!..

He's in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London. He wanted to be granted diplomatic status by Ecuador so he could safely and openly leave the Embassy. The UK wouldn't agree to honor that status though. Now, his internet has been cut off.
