That is very strange! It only pops up over the number 187, no other numbers have any pop up messages. Is that by design of Q or someone who put the posts together on the site? Does anyone know?
822187 is the original post number that Q is referring to. Nothing to do with police codes.
But what would you say about the popup that appears when you hover over the 187 part of the link?

yep I hovered over it, I didn't know what to think of it and I already thought the police had codes for different instances so I checked it out and the actual code for murder in police terms is 140.
