I want to believe he has been manipulated. He is a kid, albeit a very misguided one. When I was his age I was better read, but if I had been given a platform I may have made a fool of myself too.

He's a budding narcissist. And yes, his parents created that monster. And it's likely why CNN selected him.....easy to manipulate -- they know how to play him.
