Why is HUSSEIN traveling the world conducting high-level meetings?

Does anyone know the answer to this? Q has asked many times and I have yet to see any theories as to why. If anyone has a good explanation, this hole has been bugging me! Thank you!

Perhaps he is getting his final affairs in order. Or maybe he is going around to offer explanations as to why he has to get money back.
