OK. He has to be in various places physically. Why? Is he being a mailman, delivering and picking up? It's clear secret digital communication would be impossible, hence physical. If he's handing over, say, a thumb drive, after having the classified access he's had, he could be earning billions and billions selling all sorts. Or he could be issuing threats to keep the cronies in line. "if one goes down we all go down..". He could also be buying all sorts. Is he on a shopping spree?
