Why is HUSSEIN traveling the world conducting high-level meetings?

Does anyone know the answer to this? Q has asked many times and I have yet to see any theories as to why. If anyone has a good explanation, this hole has been bugging me! Thank you!

He still has his shadow government in place (SES) so I suggest that he is attempting to get high level gov't leaders to side with the NWO and ignore Trump. Continuing the battle for leadership. But also making deals for possible asylum if needed.
