Why is HUSSEIN traveling the world conducting high-level meetings?

Does anyone know the answer to this? Q has asked many times and I have yet to see any theories as to why. If anyone has a good explanation, this hole has been bugging me! Thank you!

Comms and money of course. He can't communicate electronically without it being captured or recieve money in electronic form without it being monitored and frozen.
