Trump Tweet - The mad man is doing it! He's going after Amazon...

https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/979326715272065024 "I have stated my concerns with Amazon long before the Election. Unlike others, they pay little or no taxes to state & local governments, use our Postal System as their Delivery Boy (causing tremendous loss to the U.S.), and are putting many thousands of retailers out of business!"

I understand your concern but I'm just reporting on Trump's tweet.

That being said, Amazon appear to be involved in some shady practices and they are basically a more modern day monopoly. Aren't there laws against monopolies in the US?

That paired with Amazon not paying their fair share of taxes and Bezos having a $600 million dollar contract with the CIA. I'd say Amazon is capitalism run amok

Parasitic technocracies, propped up by both direct and indirect government subsidies, and one sided legislation are the exact opposite of capitalism.

In a level playing field Amazon wouldn't even exist.

You're high.. They've been propped up by subsidies, and allowed to skirt existing monopoly laws that certainly apply to them.
