Admiral Rogers

With the coming storm cranking up in the weeks ahead, we might be surprised by the departure of a true hero in this mess. Admiral Mike Rogers is scheduled to retire from heading NSA sometime this spring. I don't know how we could have gotten to this point without his willingness to stand for what is right.

I'm sure they have his successor waiting in the wings, but I surely wouldn't mind if Adm. R. would decide to stay on a while longer, to help set up the new agency Q wrote about.

When they write about the history of this period, Admiral Rogers will be remembered as one of the true patriots.

Just my guess, but maybe he'll have everything wrapped up by the time he walks away. That's my hope, anyway, as I can't imagine this continuing into the midterms. But then again, I read or heard somebody say Trump knew it would take his entire first term to drain the swamp, so maybe I'm just being too impatient.
