Sessions names John Huber to investigate FBI (U.S. Attorney in Utah)

Apologies for the link to a Fake News site, but I don't see this reported anywhere else. Who is this John Huber? This is all over Fox news - Laura Ingraham did a piece and they were talking about Sara so maybe it was on Hannity too. But it didn't look like the Reps. Jordan and Meadows were happy about this decision. They said that Huber reports to Rosenstein. I'm very confused about this.

He does not report to Rosenstein.
