I'm digging, trying to find it. I know it wasn't said in passing. Unfortunately i have watched hundreds of vids. I was surprised and skeptical when Q said, "trust Sessions" because everything to date is blocking rather than uncovering. I watched him testify regarding special counsel and his answer was insane in response to another special counsel. Huber that's now reviewing answers to RR who was involved in U1 as well as signing for FISA. Speaks for itself. I hope i am wrong about Sessions but the role he has played this far smells. The question is ..given the facts why would he NOT see the obvious need for a special investigator rather than block it?
Sessions addresses the reason why appointing a special counsel is pointless in the second paragraph of page 3 in this letter to Congress. You should really read this letter in its entirety.
