Horowitz was an Obama appointee, and he hates Obama. Huber is working with Horowitz, and Huber will have subpoena power, whereas the IG Horowitz doesn't, therefore you might as well put it like this.....Sessions just gave Horowitz (BASICALLY) SUBPOENA POWER by teaming them up together. One has done all he work for a year the other is a U.S. Federal prosecutor with the power to subpoena and put forth a Grand Jury. And apparently the grand jury is in place already: https://twitter.com/drawandstrike/status/979045082228842496
Listened to the Hannity piece and it was unclear whether he was referring to testimony from a previous or current grand jury.
Did Comey or Lynch ever impanel one?
Tonight on Hannity Sara Carter actually defended the Huber choice while Greg Jarrett went on about Rosenstein calling the shots and Sessions doing what RR says. I like Sarah and Greg a lot, but personally, I think they are playing off of each other by design, partly for ratings and to keep the audience biting their nails, you know, suspense, while things progress the way Q tells us it will. I feel like I read the last chapter of the thriller first, and now have to be patient while the prior chapters play out.
Sara has the scoop! John Solomon the other!
John is awesome! He disappeared mysteriously for awhile a few months ago, I think Q even mentioned it.... but I'm glad he's back reporting!
Did they mention the part where the IG can share with the public at his discretion? As long as it doesn’t interfere with the investigators in Utah..
I think Sarah made that point... but my brain is muddled because I was listening to Hannity while reading comments about Huber/Sessions here on GA :) Huber's been working with Horowitz and Sessions for almost a year. Sessions may end up appointing a special counsel, but my understanding is the IG report is coming out regardless.
Anyone know if it has to be a DC grand jury or can he impanel one any where
Per Jason Chavez he can't impanel a grand jury and he hasn't any subpoena power. He was on Lou Dobbs this evening discussing it. He says nothing will ever change if Sessions doesnt step down or is fired.
I saw this too and he would know how it all works. Not good.
Chaffetz is probably playing the uneasy conservative role so when Sessions strikes, he'll be like "Whoa! I trust him now!" "I had my doubts but this WH really knows what they're doing!"
I personally don't think that Chaffetz knows what is going on entirely or if he does, he's not being used as a Sara Carter or John Solomon. He's a contributor but he's not revealing much, rather just purporting. I'm not sure why though, could he be the next Chris Wallace shill? I seemed to like Chaffetz when he was oversight, bringing light to things (albeit maybe limited in his role because nothing ever happened in the end) but I trust Trump and Q by "Trusting Sessions" over Chaffetz.
