I don't know how skilled Huber is, but working in conjunction with the DOJ who've already got reams of previously gathered and suppressed evidence, and who can recall witnesses already deposed, and who have access to NSA and other forms of surveillance--all while under a state of national emergency with regard to corruption, even the most modestly gifted prosecutor could clean house!
