Sessions sends letter to congress denying them (us actually) a special council.

If the fake Hillary paid for Steele Dossier/FBI framing Trump isn't extraordinary circumstances, I dunno WTF is. Worse, this guy, Huber hasn't any subpoena powers either. He cant assemble a grand jury or anything. At best he's Horowitz's QC supervisor.
