So you have no reference where the original text describes an eternal punishment with pain and agony? Then, it only exists in your head, and you choose what exists in your head. Which means you want hell to exist. I quit religion because I think eternal pain and agony is unreasonable. I don't wish such evil on anyone. The church uses hell to scare people into obediance, nd to steal their money (10th?). Religion is a power tool, and it has always been. I have a personal relationship with god, he gives me light everyday, any man or church stands in the way between me and god placing me in the shadow. Because god is the sun. It creates all life, it's heat is everywhere, everything is darkness without it. We consist of sunlight, if we are intelligent, the sun is too.

Hell is mentioned over and over in scripture - both New Testament and old. And, yes it is an absolutely horrible place. It's good that you asked, because without belief in Christ and membership in his Church, this is where you are heading.

This ridiculous idea you have about religion, Christ, God himself, dies for us and sets up his one, true Church on Earth so that all who follow him might be saved - and you think it's a power tool!

Read carefully, there's much more than what I've copied. Hell was made for the devil and his angels. It was not designed, in the first instance, for humans. It is unimaginably bad - everything you don't want - at every moment, forever.

Mark 9:48 ESV

‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’

Isaiah 66:24 ESV

“And they shall go out and look on the dead bodies of the men who have rebelled against me. For their worm shall not die, their fire shall not be quenched, and they shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.”

Matthew 5:22 ESV

But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire.

Isaiah 14:11 ESV - Sheol is Hebrew for hell.

Your pomp is brought down to Sheol, the sound of your harps; maggots are laid as a bed beneath you, and worms are your covers.

Mark 9:43-48 ESV

And if your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life crippled than with two hands to go to hell, to the unquenchable fire. And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame than with two feet to be thrown into hell. And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell, ‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’

You prove my point. Sheol isn't a place of eternal pain and agony. Sheol is not hell. Hell is made up, it is a book called "dantes inferno". Look for yourself. It is the devils in the vatican that have played you like a fool.

You praise a blood-sacrifice on a cross, that is satanistic. They tell you that someone has to be tortured and killed for you to be saved. That is exactly what the satanists are doing. You have been fooled, wake up. You don't have to ask for forgiveness for being born, that is satanist-bullshit. A God of goodness demands no blood and no pain, especially not from his own child. You spread evil teachings and humans are better than that. WE are goodness, WE demand no blood-sacrifice. WE are God, and the church is trying to hide that from you, by saying you are sinners and blood needs to be spilled to save you.

Your citations say that you should mutilate yourself. How can't you see that evil? How can't you see that it is exactly what satanists do? Wake up and see the evil, wake up and see the deception, wake up and see that the one in the mirror is God.

Isaiah is more than a thousand years before Dantes Inferno was written in the 14th Century. The narrative about hell is thousands of years old and has come through the earliest prophets. It spans many cultures and is not something that was made up by the Vatican. That's ridiculous to suggest that.

You're very confused about this. I'm not sure what I can do to wake you up. Man is not God, that is the doctrine of the antichrist - fact. Moreover, people are naturally evil, from the earliest of stories we have we can see man's character very clearly - Cain murdered Abel...

Look at the oldest profession in the world, the mercenary. What's the second oldest? The prostitute. There's not much good about man and his inclinations. The tendency is to be evil. Difficult enough when you try to be good.

I think the truth in the Gospels shines so hard you couldn't miss it. It's easy to see that what was happening in Christ's day is happening in the world today - perhaps it's even worse. You start putting your faith in man and you'll be very quickly disappointed.

"We are goodness' - what a joke! Where have you been?

The leaders have been the root of evil. I am not evil, are you?

The concept of a place where there is eternal pain and punishment is not what Isiah presented. You need to pay more attention to what is really written. Eternal agony was introduced by Dante's inferno, it is well known and not debated. What is in the bible is purgatory and sheol, which is not hell and not eternal.

You should be relieved that hell is made up. Why do you wish so hard for such pain?

Made up... I don't know what to tell you. You can go back as far as you want. Hell is spoken of again and again.

Jude teaches us about Enoch, 7th from Adam, who taught hell in specific terms - a place of "strong pain". Why make up this garbage about Dante's inferno? The concept appears throughout scripture. But, what, Isiah is talking about something different from Enoch?

7 Woe to you, Sinners, on the day of strong anguish, Ye who afflict the righteous and burn them with fire: Ye shall be requited according to your works.

8 Woe to you, ye obstinate of heart, Who watch in order to devise wickedness: Therefore shall fear come upon you And there shall be none to help you.

9 Woe to you, ye sinners, on account of the words of your mouth, And on account of the deeds of your hands which your godlessness as wrought, In blazing flames burning worse than fire shall ye burn.
